流沙包

流 is flowing and 沙 is sand. Together 流沙 is flowing sand or quicksand. 包 is bun, so 流沙包 is quicksand bun.

If you leave out the first character so it's just 沙包 (sā bāau) sand bag, that refers to punching bags used in gyms.”

A recent Hong Kong-invented variation of custard buns, these have a molten custard filling made from the yolk of salted duck eggs, (often called salted egg custard), typically listed as lava custard bun or lava bun (or lava custard bun or molten lava bun...), phoenix bun, and I've also seen golden sand bun.
