桃花 is peach blossom (桃 is peach and 花 is flower), and 茶 is tea. So 桃花茶 is peach blossom tea.

Peaches are the state fruit of South Carolina, and the state flower of Delaware is the peach blossom, but peaches originated in ancient China and were cultivated throughout Asia. IOn China, the peach blossom is associated with love.
