About This Dish

Biangbiang noodles are thick wide noodles named after the sound made from the noodles slapping, are also often listed as hot oil noodles or oil-tossed noodles or the Mandarin pronunciation youpo chemian (or youpo mian for short) of the alternate characters (the character for biang is terribly complex, consisting of up to 58 strokes!).
