蛋卷

蛋 is egg, and 卷 is roll, so 蛋卷 is egg roll (never mind that the Chinese-American version of spring rolls are often called egg rolls).

Biscuit rolls are crispy tubes made of flour, butter, egg and sugar. This is a bakery and snack item easily found in Chinese grocery stores stacked inside large square tins.
