dáan dauh fuh
Egg tofu is made from eggs and soy milk, typically packaged as a tube (so it's often called tofu scallops due to how it's sliced). It has the consistency of silken tofu.
Origin
Egg tofu originated in Japan, so it is sometimes listed under the Japanese name 玉子豆腐, or in Chinese as 日本豆腐 (Japan tofu). However, the Japanese version is made from eggs and dashi.
