魚蛋

魚蛋 is literally fish eggs (魚 is fish and 蛋 is egg), but there are no eggs involved.

Fish balls are essentially fish meatballs, fish paste shaped into balls and boiled. They're popular in Southern China and Southeast Asia, served in restaurants and as street food. The restaurant version is made of higher quality white fish.
