góng sīk sāi dō sih
港式 is Hong Kong-style (港 the second character of Hong Kong, and 式 is style, so it's Kong-style). 西 is West or Western, and 多士 is toast (the Cantonese dō sih sounds like toast), so French toast is referred to as Western toast (which is a better name, as French toast dates back to the Roman Empire).
Hong Kong-style French toast is a heart-attack inducing combination made from thick-sliced white bread deep-fried in egg batter, topped with some combination of butter, condensed milk, jam or syrup and typically presented in sandwich form with peanut butter or other filling.
