芒果 is the loanword for mango (which is taken from the Portuguese manga which is from the Malay mangga which in turn came from the Tamil mankay), and 布甸 is the loanword for pudding.
This is sometimes listed as 芒果布丁, using the more common Mandarin word for pudding 布丁 sounds a little closer (“bou dīng” in Cantonese, “bù dīng” in Mandarin).
Pudding made from mango, sugar and condensed milk, thickened with agar or gelatin. This dish is likely descended from an Indian mango pudding.
