皮蛋瘦肉粥

皮蛋 is preserved egg, 瘦肉 is pork (瘦 is pig, and 肉 is *meat), and 粥 is congee.

Congee with salty pork and preserved egg, which are eggs that jelly while encased in clay mixture for weeks to months (also known with some exaggeration as centry egg, hundred-year egg, thousand-year egg, thousand-year-old egg, or millennium egg). This is a standard congee offered during dim sum.
