白雲鳳爪

白雲 is white cloud (白 is white and 雲 is cloud), referring to Baiyun Mountain (and also the name of the surrounding Guangdong district), providing the spring waters, as legend has it, in which the chicken feet were originally washed. 鳳爪 is chicken feet. So altogether the name is white cloud chicken feet.

Chilled white chicken feet marinated in a sweet and sour sauce, so it's also known as sweet and sour chicken feet, white chicken feet, chicken feet salad, and I've also seen it listed as Thai-style chicken feet.
