豉汁龍蝦腸粉

豉汁 is black bean sauce, (豉 is salted fermented black bean and 汁 is sauce), 龍蝦 is lobster (龍 is dragon and 蝦 is shrimp, so lobster is dragon shrimp), and 腸粉 is rice roll.

Rice roll will with lobster and black bean sauce inside. This is a gourmet item I've only seen this at Tim Ho Wan in Las Vegas. A version with water chestnuts is available at Lung King Heen at the Four Seasons in Hong Kong.
