壽眉

壽 is long life, and 眉 is eyebrow, so besides the Cantonese and Mandarin pronunciations, sometimes this tea is referred to in English with the literal translations long life eyebrow tea or longevity eyebrow tea.

Also known by its Mandarin pronunciation shao-mei, this is a white tea produced mostly in the Fujian and Gaunxi regions. If your dim sum place serves a white tea, this is probably it. The name of this tea stems from the leaves' resemblance to the eyebrows of the Taoist deity of longevity.
