閩菜

福建 is the full name for Fujian (fūk gin in Cantonese, fú jiàn in Mandarin), but is an alternate 閩 is a short name Fujian, and 菜 is vegetable or dish or cuisine, so 閩菜 is Fujian cuisine or Min cuisine.

Fujian cuisine, the food of the Fujian province and one of the eight great cuisines of China.
