蝦片

蝦 is shrimp, and 片 is slice (same word used in fish fillet), so 蝦片 is shrimp slice.

Deep-fried shrimp-flavored chips, similar to potato chips (there's also a version shaped more like french fries). Also known as prawn crackers.

Like potato chips, shrimp chips are a snack food you can buy in little (and big) bags at the grocery store, and sometimes used to garnish restaurant dishes.
