沙爹滑蛋蝦炒河

沙爹 is Satay. 滑 is slippery, and 蛋 is egg, so 滑蛋 is slippery egg (soft scrambled egg). 蝦 is shrimp, 炒 is stir-fried,and 河 is short for 河粉 (hòh fán) which is the flat rice noodle.
