蘿蔔 is daikon, and 糕 is cake, so 蘿蔔糕 is radish cake.

A standard dim sum offering and also a traditional Chinese New Year dishm, turnip cakes are not made of turnips but actually mashed Chinese radish or daikon, cut into squares and steamed or pan-fried.
