碧 is green, 螺 is snail (referring to the spiral shape of the leaves), and 春 is spring (referring to its harvesting season), so 碧螺春 is green snail spring.

Biluochun (the Mandarin pronunciation), is a famous green tea originating from the Dongting mountain region near Lake Tai in Suzhou, although now it's also grown in other provinces and in Taiwan.
