龍井茶

龍 is dragon and 井 is well, so 龍井 is *dragon well, and 茶 is tea, so 龍井茶 is dragon well tea.

龍井 is the village Longjing where this tea originated, so it's often listed as “Longjing” (or “lung ching”) tea.

A pan-roasted green tea, Dragon Well tea is considered one of the Chinese Top Ten Famous Teas.
