珠茶

珠 is bead or pearl, and 茶 is tea, so this is sometimes called pearl tea (not to be confused with boba tea!)

Gunpowder tea is a green tea that is prepared by rolling the leaves into small pellets. The English name gunpowder might be based on the round shape, or the smoky flavor, or the Mandarin pronunciation of 剛泡的 (gāng pào de), which is fresh brewed.
