生炒糯米飯

生 is raw or uncooked, 炒 is stir-fried, and 糯米飯 is sticky rice.

Stir-fried glutinous rice, typically mixed with Chinese sausage and mushroom. Traditionally the glutinous rice is soaked in cold water then directly stir-fried, but sometimes it's cooked first.
