西炒飯

西 is west, and 炒飯 is fried rice.

This fried rice has ketchup and ham, so it's “western,” although it's a product of Hong Kong.

I used to get this dish in Hong Kong food courts because it was relatively easy to pronounce the name, and who doesn't like ham and ketchup? But I had a tough time finding it here in the States.
